Refund policy

We at The Saheb hope you don’t arrive at this page because of the handwork we put into making our products and delivering them to you just how we would like to receive with them. 

Returns
Because of products being cosmetic is nature, they are non returnable for health and safety purposes.       

Cancellations
Pre-paid cancelled orders are refunded immediately if requested for within 24 hours of order confirmation.      

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to place a new order and place separate return request for the wrong item you have received.  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 48 hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
